All parties involved in a divorce or parental rights case in New Hampshire are required by law to attend a 4-hour Child Impact Program seminar to help children deal with issues surrounding these situations. Parents must complete the seminar within 45 days and register prior to their first court appearance. Failure to attend may result in contempt of court charges.
