NSTP1 Meeting Agenda and Supplies List is a document available to read on EtoBox.
The meeting discussed plans for an information counter before August 23rd. A schedule was made for different organizations to staff the counter in two shifts from August 20th to September 29th. The 1 hour and 30 minute meeting finished at 12:30 pm on August 11th. All officers were present except for the two PROs.
