About this document

Gulliver by Juan Pablo Bedoya Quintero is a document available to read on EtoBox.

Gulliver is shipwrecked and washed ashore on the island of Lilliput, where he discovers the inhabitants are only 15 cm tall. Upon waking, he finds himself restrained by thousands of tiny strings. Small groups of Lilliputians observe and communicate with him. The king sends food and a letter inviting Gulliver to the city. Though wary, he agrees to be transported there while still bound. He is housed in an old church and restrained by a long tether, confined to an area just outside the building.
