What is Morskittar about?
The document summarizes an experiment conducted by the Skaven warlock Morskittar. He had a female Skaven infused with large amounts of Warpstone to mutate her and birth warp-spawned offspring for his plans. She gave birth to many deformed creatures. The last was a matricidal mutant with horns and claws. It killed its unborn siblings and mother. Morskittar took the one normal infant and left the others to be gifted to another Skaven leader, planning to use the normal infant for his schemes.
