About this document

A Dansyl-Derivatized Phytic Acid Analogue As A Fluorescent Substrate For Phytases - Experimental and Computational Approach by 管微石 is a document available to read on EtoBox.

This study presents the synthesis of a new fluorescent substrate, a dansyl-derivatized myo-inositol pentakisphosphate, designed for use with phytases. The substrate was engineered to enhance hydrophilicity and biocompatibility while maintaining effective interaction with the catalytic sites of two recombinant phytases, Phy-A and Phy-C. Enzymatic assays confirmed that the new substrate could be processed by both phytases with phosphate release rates comparable to natural substrates.
