This document summarizes a study on the conservation of mangrove gobies in the Lesser Sunda Islands of Indonesia. 55 species of gobioid fish from 34 genera were found across 14 mangrove sites sampled. The highest species richness was found at Lembar Bay with 31 species, while the lowest was at Labuan Alas with 4 species.
