This study assessed the quality of raw and pasteurized milk marketed in Gondar, Ethiopia by analyzing 90 milk samples. The samples were tested for physicochemical properties, microbiological quality, and adulteration levels. The results showed that both raw and pasteurized milk samples had poor quality compared to milk quality standards, with high levels of adulterants like hydrogen peroxide, formalin, and water found.
