About this document
Effect of Increased Power and Asphericity of Highly Aspherical Lenslets On Myopia Control Efficacy A Contralateral Crossover Study by dr.kunal.bjmc is a document available to read on EtoBox.
This study evaluates the myopia control efficacy of spectacle lenses with Highly Aspherical Lenslet Target (H.A.L.T.) technology compared to lenses with maximized H.A.L.T. (H.A.L.T. MAX) technology in myopic children aged 6 to 10 years. Results showed that H.A.L.T. MAX lenses significantly reduced axial elongation compared to H.A.L.T. lenses, suggesting they may be more effective for children experiencing faster myopia progression. The findings highlight the potential for optimizing lens design to improve m
