What is Dupilumab about?

This randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled phase 3 trial assessed the efficacy and safety of dupilumab in reducing oral glucocorticoid use in patients with glucocorticoid-dependent severe asthma. The study found that add-on dupilumab therapy significantly reduced oral glucocorticoid dose and severe asthma exacerbations while improving lung function.
