What is Delhi Hybrid Classes Due to AQI Crisis about?

The Directorate of Education in Delhi has issued a circular directing all schools to conduct classes for students up to Class V in a hybrid mode (both physical and online) due to the invocation of Stage III actions for severe air quality.
