This study aimed to assess the correlation between high-risk pregnancy scores and perinatal outcomes. 200 pregnant women at term were evaluated for risk factors and assigned scores. Risk groups were low (0-3), moderate (3-5), and high (≥6). Poor perinatal outcomes increased with higher risk scores.
