This systematic review and meta-analysis evaluates the effects of low-load blood flow restriction (LL-BFR) resistance training on muscle strength and hypertrophy in healthy adults over 60, compared to traditional high-load (HL) and low-load (LL) resistance training. Results indicate that LL-BFR training leads to small-moderate increases in muscle strength and hypertrophy compared to traditional LL training, but lower strength gains than HL training. The study suggests that applying higher cuff pressures dur
