For each classification, it provides the nominal composition in weight percent and describes its intended uses, including welding specific nickel alloys to themselves or steel, or cladding steel. The classifications can be used with gas tungsten arc welding, gas metal arc welding, shielded metal arc welding, and plasma arc welding processes.
