Romeo Q. Pateres executed a deed of absolute sale and assumption of mortgage over a property located in Opol, Misamis Oriental to Ma. Numie Tery Agoylo Illana. The property was mortgaged to secure a loan from Home Development Mutual Fund. Pateres received sufficient payment for the sale and Illana assumed all obligations related to the loan and mortgage. Through this affidavit, Pateres waives, relinquishes, and abandons all rights and claims to the property in favor of Illana.
