What is Life and Legacy of St. Claudine Thévenet about?

In 1815, Claudine Thévenet and Marie Chirat created an institution called La Providence du Sacré-Coeur to shelter abandoned children. Claudine was given the title of Mother St. Ignatius in honor of the founder of the Jesuits. Her last words reflected gratitude to God. She was friends with Pauline Marie Jaricot, foundress of the Propagation of the Faith. On July 31, 1816 the Pieuse Union du Sacré-Coeur du Jésus was formed, and Claudine was elected president.
