What is Bong Go about?

Bong Go is the head of the Presidential Management Staff, an agency tasked with helping formulate projects and policies for the Office of the President. There is no evidence that Bong Go intervened in a procurement process, despite claims that his office submitted background information on suppliers and requested a meeting with navy officers involved. For an intervention to have truly occurred, there would need to be clear evidence of manipulation in the procurement process, which has not been presented.
