What is Asthma about?

The dissertation investigates the effectiveness of Buteyko breathing technique versus Active Cycle of Breathing Technique in managing dyspnoea among asthma patients. The study involved 30 subjects aged 20-40 years, divided into two groups, and measured outcomes using the Modified Borg’s dyspnoea scale and Peak expiratory flow rate. Results indicated that the Buteyko technique significantly improved dyspnoea and breathing patterns compared to the Active Cycle of Breathing Technique.
