What is Service Quality about?
This study investigates the impact of service quality on customer loyalty at UD Kusuma Bali Mandiri, with customer satisfaction and customer delight serving as mediators. The research, based on data from 140 respondents, reveals that higher service quality positively influences customer satisfaction and delight, which in turn enhances customer loyalty. The findings emphasize the importance of improving service quality to foster customer loyalty in a competitive market.
