This study examined the influence of employee selection qualifications on work productivity at the Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi. A sample of 53 employees were surveyed using a Likert scale questionnaire to measure selection qualifications and work productivity. The results showed that employee selection qualifications and work productivity were both generally good, at 38.62% and 66.7% respectively.
