A 64-year-old male presented with left flank abdominal pain, constipation for 6 months, loss of appetite, and fatigue. Physical exam showed pallor and vital sign abnormalities. Bloodwork showed anemia with low iron, transferrin, transferrin saturation, and ferritin levels. Further imaging found a tumor in the descending colon.
