This study evaluated the effectiveness of physiological flexion swaddling and oromotor interventions on improving oral feeding ability in preterm infants in the NICU. Results indicated that the experimental group achieved oral feeding ability significantly faster than the control group, with a median of 4 days compared to 7 days (p = 0.02). The findings suggest that these interventions can effectively shorten the duration needed for preterm infants to transition to oral feeding.
