What is Marshalling Doctrine in TPA Section 81 about?
Section 81 of the Transfer of Property Act deals with the doctrine of marshalling of securities, which allows a subsequent mortgagee the right to have a prior mortgage-debt satisfied from properties that are not mortgaged to the subsequent mortgagee.
