Overview of Acorn RISC Machine by Vikas Singh is a document available to read on EtoBox.

The ARM processor was developed by Acorn Computers between 1983-1985. It uses a load-store architecture with 32-bit fixed-length instructions. It has a simple programmer model with 32 general purpose registers and the CPSR status register. Memory is addressed linearly with alignment rules. Interrupts and exceptions are handled through exception modes.
