The Supreme Court of the Philippines reviewed the conviction of Rosemarie Magundayao y Alejandro for illegal sale and possession of methamphetamine hydrochloride (shabu). Police conducted a buy-bust operation where an undercover officer purchased shabu from Magundayao for P200. When arrested, Magundayao was found with an additional packet of shabu. She was convicted by the trial court and Court of Appeals. The Supreme Court affirmed the conviction.
