The Rina Education Society held a meeting to discuss taking out a loan of Rs. 16,00,000 from HDFC Bank to purchase a bus. The terms of the loan were presented. It was resolved that the Society would take the loan, repayable over 37 months, and secure it by hypothecating the bus to the bank. The Secretary, Mrs. Thupkar Renuka Bai, was authorized to sign all loan documents and post-dated cheques on behalf of the Society.
