What is Agaton Papa: Physician and Leader about?

Dr. Agaton Cecilio y Papa was a Filipino physician and labor leader from Santa Cruz, Manila who, along with General Anastacio Francisco, opened the first military hospital in Cavite during the Philippine Revolution in 1896. Dr. Cecilio graduated from the University of Santo Tomas in 1896 and was among those exiled in Hong Kong in December 1897 for his involvement in the revolution. He later served as President of the Manila Municipal Board from 1939 until his death in 1948.
