What is Cervico Incisal about?
This pilot study investigates sexual dimorphism in cervico-incisal dimensions of incisors, cuspids, and molars among a sample of 60 patients in Western Uttar Pradesh. Results indicate that male teeth are consistently larger than female teeth, particularly the left mandibular first molar, which shows a significant Sexual Dimorphism Index (SDI) of 134.5%. The findings suggest that odontometric measurements can be valuable for gender estimation in forensic investigations.
