Ramon Nestor Garachico signed an affidavit of quitclaim and waiver on behalf of Elaine Angelica Cajipe Linga. Elaine had hired Val Villarin to do hair and makeup for her wedding but he did not attend, breaching their contract. Elaine sought reimbursement and damages from Val. Val agreed to settle the matter amicably and paid Elaine 20,000 pesos. In exchange, Elaine waived, renounced, released and forever quitclaimed all claims against Val relating to this matter.
