Congressional Commercial Corporation granted a 50% discount on common usage service area (CUSA) fees to Mineski Franchise Corp. from March 16 to September 15, 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. While wanting to grant further requests, CCC is also experiencing financial difficulties during the crisis as CUSA fees cover building maintenance and 24/7 security which have continued despite lockdowns. Both companies remain proactive as the virus situation remains fluid globally.
