This systematic review examined the effectiveness of low-level light therapy (LLT) for treating diabetic foot ulcers compared to standard care. Four randomized controlled trials with a total of 131 participants were included. The trials compared LLT to sham irradiation, low dose LLT, or nontherapeutic LLT as controls.
