What is Evaluation and Comparison on Mechanical Properties of Abaca and Hemp Fiber Reinforced Hybrid Epoxy Resin Composites about?
In the modern investigation natural fibers have been receiving significant consideration because of their greater potentials for instance low weight, environmentally friendly, prodigious specific stiffness, extra impact immersion capability and their comparative less price. Testing the mechanical properties of a composite made from abaca and hemp fibres embedded in a polymer matrix was the focus of this study. Epoxy resin matrixes with abaca and hemp fibre reinforcements have been hand-lay to create composites with desirable properties. The mechanical properties of the sample were determined by running various tests, including those for flexural and tensile strength, on a digital Universal Testing machine (UTM). Based on the findings of the experiments, the tensile strength of 30:0 (abaca: hemp Fiber) is exceptionally high, while the flexural strength of 40:10 (abaca: hemp fiber) is exceptionally high.
