What is 2 PB about?

This case report evaluates the effectiveness of hand-held fan therapy and the orthopneic position in reducing dyspnea in patients with Congestive Heart Failure (CHF). The interventions led to a decrease in respiratory rate and an increase in oxygen saturation, resulting in improved patient comfort. The findings suggest that these non-pharmacological methods can effectively alleviate symptoms of dyspnea in CHF patients.
