What is Clause 16 about?

Clause 16 deals with suspension and termination by the Contractor. It allows the Contractor to suspend work if the Engineer fails to certify payment, if the Employer fails to provide evidence of financial arrangements, or fails to make payment. It also allows termination by the Contractor in seven specified grounds, usually with 14 days notice.
