CRP Chole Cy SJ Last 2017 by Nitesh Sharma is a document available to read on EtoBox.
This study investigates the role of C-reactive protein (CRP) as a predictor for difficult laparoscopic cholecystectomy (DLC) in patients with acute calculous cholecystitis. The findings indicate that a CRP level of 11 mg/dL is a significant predictor of DLC, with high sensitivity and specificity. Additionally, other factors such as age, male sex, gallbladder wall thickness, and pericholecystic fluid collection were also identified as predictors of DLC.
