This is a scarce title in the LLL series, being a commission by the Bowman Hotels (John McEntee Bowman, President), and therefore thus stamp-patterned on the covers, notably the rear cover (see scans). 48mo - a miniature book, 3 7/8" tall; green and copper flexible leatherette boards (the "Redcroft" edition), 92 pp. Fair, due to the fact that the front cover long ago became separated, and a prior owner had tried to repair it with transparent tape, unsuccessfully. That front cover is present, but still detached. The balance of the book, including the rear cover, meets Very Good standards for this series, with notable endpaper foxing, but none internally, and some cover wear, those elements being characteristic. From the Little Leather Library series of promotional miniatures. Fragile. All such versions from LLL would have been treated as promotional ephemera at the time.
