What is CGF and Mineralized Collagen in GBR about?

This study evaluates the efficacy of concentrated growth factors (CGFs) combined with mineralized collagen (MC) in guided bone regeneration (GBR) for 29 patients. Results showed that the combination of CGFs and MC significantly reduced pain and swelling, improved bone regeneration, and shortened healing time compared to MC alone. Both groups experienced discomfort initially, but the Trial group reported faster recovery and less need for analgesics post-surgery.
