This document describes a study evaluating PosFruit, an agricultural adjuvant made from organic acids and vegetable oils, as an alternative to sodium hypochlorite for post-harvest disinfection of citrus fruit against Xanthomonas citri subsp. citri, the bacteria that causes citrus canker.
