What is MILSIM RP Operations Guidelines about?

The Operations and Roleplay Guidelines outline the framework for planning, executing, and evaluating missions in the MILSIM RP, focusing on realistic military scenarios within the Roblox environment. Participants must stay in character, communicate effectively, and follow mission objectives while avoiding roleplay-breaking behavior. After major operations, an After-Action Report is conducted to evaluate performance and suggest improvements for a better MILSIM experience.
