- FS, a 36-year old pregnant woman, presented at the hospital with labor pains and bloody discharge. Upon examination, she was found to be 4 cm dilated with a fetal head at -3 station. - Over the next 5 hours of labor, her cervix dilated to 7 cm while the fetal head descended to -2 station. Contractions remained strong and regular throughout. - After 5 hours of labor, her cervix remained at 7 cm dilated with the fetal head still at -2 station.
