Wenceslao Vinzons was a Filipino patriot and leader of the armed resistance against the Japanese invasion in WWII. He was the youngest delegate to the 1935 Philippine Constitutional Convention at age 24. During the Japanese occupation of the Philippines, Vinzons organized one of the first guerrilla movements and led raids against Japanese soldiers.
