About this document

Anti-Inflammatory Compounds in Angelica by nonenodo is a document available to read on EtoBox.

This research investigates the anti-inflammatory bioactive components of Angelica dahurica root (ADR) using spectrum-effect relationship analysis and the NF-κB signaling pathway. Eleven common peaks were identified through HPLC-Q/TOF-MS, with six coumarin compounds found to significantly inhibit pro-inflammatory mediators in LPS-induced RAW264.7 cells. The study concludes that phellopterin and isoimperatorin may exert their anti-inflammatory effects by suppressing the NF-κB pathway.
