A 53-year-old immunocompromised man presented with headache and vomiting for two weeks. Imaging showed multiple right cerebellar lesions. Cerebrospinal fluid analysis revealed the presence of Nocardia asiatica, an uncommon cause of brain abscess. The patient was started on appropriate antibiotics and recovered well after three months of follow up.
