What is Correlates of Occupational Locking-In about?
This study examined the correlates and consequences of occupational locking-in among 127 administrators and 70 senior administrators. The researchers found that individuals reporting greater locking-in tended to be older, less educated, have more children, longer tenure, and were less interested in promotion.
