What is CO2 Evolution Rate and Kinetic Plots about?

This document contains data from experiments measuring the rate of carbon dioxide evolution (v) from the reaction of glyoxalate (Glyox) with varying substrate (S) concentrations in the presence of different inhibitor (I) concentrations. Kinetic parameters were determined using Lineweaver-Burk, Eadie-Hoffstee, and Hanes-Wolf plots.
