About this document
Gender Influence on Career Choices by matthewli673 is a document available to read on EtoBox.
This study investigates the influence of gender on career choice among high school students at Concordia International School Shanghai, using a stratified random sampling method. Results indicate that while females tend to prefer certain career types, the correlation between gender and career choice is weak, with a point-biserial correlation of approximately 0.14. The findings suggest that gender roles may not significantly predict career paths as initially expected.
