This document lists 23 geographic areas in and around Houston and provides the average percent change in residential property values for each area according to the Harris County Appraisal District. The areas range from Spring Branch north of I-10 to areas south of Highway 90 and west of State Highway 288. In general, residential values increased the most in Spring Branch north of I-10 and Midtown Houston, with average percent changes of 38% and 27% respectively.
