What is Piezoresponse Force Microscope Report about?

This final report summarizes the acquisition and use of a piezo-force microscope (PFM) system funded by an Army Research Office grant. The PFM system was installed successfully and graduate students were trained by the vendor to use it. Both piezoelectric and flexoelectric samples were prepared and characterized with the new PFM system. No publications, presentations or student theses resulted from this work.
