What is Happiness and Self Esteem in Youth about?

The study examined the relationship between happiness and self-esteem in young adults aged 18-25 years. A sample of 62 young adults from Delhi, India with the same socioeconomic status was divided into two groups based on their self-esteem scores: high self-esteem (n=44) and low self-esteem (n=35).
