Brett Carnahan and Phillip Novak of the Los Santos Fire Department responded to a call on May 15, 2011 regarding a 22-year-old male, Dave Barney, experiencing a seizure and uncontrollable vomiting at his apartment. Upon arrival, they found him unconscious with a low blood pressure, pulse, respiration and temperature.
