What is Training EFL Teachers for ESP Success about?

1. ESP teaching requires specialized skills like handling technical language and presentations that general English teachers may lack, and content teachers lack language teaching skills, so both need training. 2. Surveys show most students feel both English and content teachers should teach ESP. Training is needed for both. 3. Teachers can be trained through pre-service courses, in-service workshops, and collaborative teaching to gain both language and content expertise for effective ESP instruction.
